Domingo was born in Nantucket and has been painting since the tender age of 5. He studied at the Rhode Island School of Design where he learned to value his own style. This has allowed his art to reflect his own deep feelings and insights. In his travels around the world, he has become a people’s artist, loving to meet and talk with people.
His unique primarily abstract style of painting has flowing mystical timelessness that stirs the soul and brings forth a spirit of freedom and inner peace. He uses acrylics, water color and ink as his medium to create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
He has been exhibited in shows with other contemporary artists such as Theo Tobiasse and Leroy Neiman. He was well known in the beginning of his career for his Southwestern Etheral-style art, eventually transitioning to Abstract Expressionism.
His art has been featured in art magazines throughout the country and he has appeared as guest artist on Michigan’s Spotlight TV Shows, as well as appearances on Nashville TV programs.
His works of Art are from his heart and have brought joy and renewed energy to many art collectors. |
